There are four Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Tarot Cards, and they are all found as you progress through the story. As such, we recommend playing the expansion’s campaign so you gain access to these locations. Alternatively, you could go to these areas while free-roaming. Once you spot the graffiti on the wall, activate your scanner so it can be added to your tally.

Once you’ve found all four Tarot Cards in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, return to Misty in Bradbury & Buran. Talk to her about these drawings that you’ve just discovered to decipher their meanings, which will then complete the Tomorrow Never Knows quest. While we won’t spoil anything here, let’s just say that each tarot symbolizes the attitudes, background, and principles of the characters that you met when you first arrived in those areas.
