Build Your Army With These Halo Mega Bloks Prime Deals

Halo Lego sets (sadly) don’t exist, but the next best thing are these Mega Bloks kits featuring Master Chief and pals continuing their fight against the (sort of) Covenant. For Prime Big Deals Day, several of these sets have been discounted, so if you’ve ever wanted to assemble your own Halo campaign, this is the best time to do so.

Halo Infinite UNSC Elephant Sandnest Tank (2,041 pieces) — $141.39 ($200)Halo UNSC Arctic Burn Wasp (342 pieces) — $20 ($30)Halo Character Pack (339 Pieces) — $30 ($50)Halo 343 Guilty Spark (609 Pieces) — $45 ($65)Halo: The Series Renegade Banshee Aircraft (205 Pieces) — $14 ($20)

Kicking things off is the Halo UNSC Elephant Sandnest, an impressive land tank with buildable treads, a large transport cargo bay, and five articulated micro-figures that come with their own accessories. This is a pretty big build with over 2,000 pieces in total, so this will be nice for a weekend project and it’s priced at $141 (normally $200). On the smaller scale, there’s the 342-piece Arctic Burn Wasp from Halo that’ll pair nicely with this set, and you can grab it for $20 (normally $30). This one has dual spinning engine parts and a functioning cockpit door, and it comes with two Spartan micro-figures. There’s also the Banshee aircraft on sale for $14, and this vehicle is based on the ones that appeared in Halo: The TV Series.

To continue growing your army, there’s a Halo character pack inspired by Halo 2. This has 17 micro-figures in total, including Master Chief, UNSC forces, and Covenant Grunts. This one will cost you $35 instead of $50, and it includes several accessories for each figure. Finally, you can grab a replica of the 343 Guilty Spark Sentinel monitor, and the cool thing about this $45 model is that it’s rocking some light and sound effects. It has two LED light modes and it says 15 official quotes from the original Halo game trilogy. Make sure you’ve signed up for Prime to take advantage of the promotions, and check out all the other biggest deals.

Something that would look pretty great with this Halo collection is the Mega Bloks Xbox 360 console replica. This is a delightful 3:4 scale model version of the original console as it appeared in 2005, and with over 1,300 pieces, it makes for another nice afternoon build. It’s very rarely on sale, but Target has it for $100 (normally $150) as part of its Target Circle promotion. It comes inside of an authentic replica of the console’s original box. Some of the buildable highlights here include a detachable hard drive, a mini Xbox 360 controller, and a Halo 3 game box.

If you’re not a Halo fan, but you want something video-game-related to build, the Mega Bloks Pokemon sets are highly recommended. These have a vintage design to them, as they’re pixel-art-inspired display models of Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and several other first-gen Pokemon.
