BioShock Creator's New Game Will Release By March 2025

BioShock creator Ken Levine’s new game, Judas, may not be here for quite some time. Take-Two boss Strauss Zelnick confirmed to IGN that Judas will be released between fiscal 2023 (ending March 2023) and the company’s fiscal year 2025 (which ends in March 2025).

So there you have it–fans eagerly awaiting the next title from Levine and his new studio Ghost Story Games should probably get comfortable. Take-Two has a total of 87 games planned for release between fiscal 2023 and fiscal 2025, and this presumably includes titles from subsidiaries like Rockstar Games, 2K, Zynga, and more.

Now Playing: Judas Reveal Trailer | The Game Awards 2022

Concerning Take-Two’s upcoming release slate, Zelnick told IGN, “We feel really stable right now. I feel great about our upcoming schedule.”

The executive admitted that he cannot guarantee that every game on the schedule now will be released on time, but said he feels “optimistic about delivering great titles to the marketplace on an ongoing basis.”

Whenever it’s released, Judas will come to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The first trailer for the game was released during The Game Awards in December 2022 and provided a look at the psychological thriller FPS.

As for the BioShock series, 2K is making a new entry in the series at its Cloud Chamber developer, but Levine is not involved.
