Gravity Perks Limit Choices adds selection limits to individual choices within Gravity Forms fields. When a choice reaches its limit, it becomes unavailable for future submissions. This prevents over-selection of limited options like event seats, workshop slots, product sizes, and time slots.
How Limits Work
Set a maximum number of times each choice can be selected. As submissions come in, the count decreases. When a choice reaches its limit, it is either hidden from the form or displayed as unavailable, preventing further selection.
Supported Field Types
- Dropdown menus — limit selections in dropdown lists with remaining count display
- Radio buttons — restrict radio button choices with availability indicators
- Checkboxes — set limits on individual checkbox options
- Product options — limit product variation selections in order forms
Availability Display
Show remaining availability next to each choice. Visitors see how many spots, seats, or items remain before making their selection. When availability reaches zero, the choice is either removed from the list or shown as sold out, depending on your configuration.
