Order Information Displayed

When an affiliate refers a sale, the order details become visible in their dashboard. This includes product names, quantities purchased, order totals, and configurable customer information, giving affiliates context about the purchases their promotions generate.

Information Controls

• Product details — show product names, quantities, and individual item prices
• Order totals — display order subtotal, shipping, tax, and total amounts
• Customer info — configurable display of customer name, email, or location
• Order status — show current order status (processing, completed, refunded)

Privacy Controls

Administrators configure exactly which order details affiliates can see. Customer information visibility is controlled granularly — you can share product details without exposing customer personal data, or include customer names while excluding email addresses.

Dashboard Integration

Order details appear within the existing AffiliateWP affiliate dashboard, maintaining a consistent interface. Affiliates click on individual referrals to expand order information without navigating to separate pages.
