Capcom is rounding up another set of Ace Attorney games, this time starring Phoenix Wright’s protoge Apollo Justice. The Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice Trilogy is coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch in early 2024.
Apollo Justice is a younger attorney who took over the series when Phoenix Wright went into retirement. Of course, you can’t keep a good lawyer down, so eventually the trilogy came to co-star both of them together. This collection brings together a trilogy that had previously launched on the 3DS, and the latter two were only released digitally. That makes them much harder to obtain now that the 3DS eShop has shut down.
The brief trailer during the Capcom Showcase didn’t detail new features, though it did note that it will be available in seven languages including Japanese, English, French, German, Korean, and simplified and traditional Chinese.
Capcom has already put out a port of its original Ace Attorney trilogy featuring the first three games, along with the Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, which includes a prequel duology that had never previously been brought to the West. With this release, all of the existing Ace Attorney games will have gotten modern ports, with the exception of spin-offs like the Layton and Miles Edgeworth games.
