AEW Fight Forever Confirmed For June Release

THQ Nordic, Yuke’s, and All Elite Wrestling have announced that AEW: Fight Forever, the first-ever video game for the wrestling promotion that began in 2019, will launch June 29 across consoles and PC.

Fight Forever will feature a career mode, online multiplayer, and a full suite of customization options including custom wrestlers, attire, move-sets, and entrances. Players will select from “a long roster” of AEW wrestlers across the men’s and women’s divisions, with names including Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, Darby Allin, Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D, Thunder Rosa, and more.

The game will let players wrestle in nine different match types that have featured throughout AEW history. The full list of those match types is below:

The game will launch four days after Forbidden Door 2, the second crossover event between All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling and one of the largest events on AEW’s 2023 calendar. The announcement comes after rumors surrounding the game’s rating, in which the ESRB allegedly planned to give the game a Mature rating due to violence, which forced the developers to make adjustments in order to receive a Teen rating.

AEW: Fight Forever launches June 29 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
