Hot Toys has debuted an early look at its next collectible figure, this time shining the spotlight on the latest hero to bear the mantle of the Black Panther. Like previous releases, this will be a sixth-scale figure that’s designed to be incredibly realistic and comes with a number of extras.
Based on the appearance of Black Panther in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the figure comes with an all-new masked head, a newly developed head sculpt, and a costume that features metallic gold and silver accents. For accessories, you can outfit the figure with a pair of vibranium gauntlets, a spear, interchangeable hands for fighting poses, and pose it on top of a figure stand.
The price for this collectible is $264, but you’ll have plenty of time to save up as the figure is only expected to ship out between January and June in 2024. It’s also mercifully more affordable than the life-size Hulkbuster from Queen Studios, which will cost you $72,500 for the mother of all Iron Man collectibles.
If you can afford it, you can flesh out your Black Panther collection with a new and improved version of the original hero. A few months ago, Hot Toys unveiled a revised version of the character that first appeared in Captain America: Civil War, that comes with its own range of accessories, a more detailed costume, more accurate body proportions, and a head sculpt of the late Chadwick Boseman, the actor who portrayed the king of Wakanda.

That version of Black Panther is priced at $285, and is expected to be released between July and December 2023.
