A new game update has arrived to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone, and while it’s not a large patch, there are a ton of bug fixes to address for multiplayer and battle royale. Here’s everything that changed with the November 1 update.
According to the patch notes, Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone should run more smoothly now, as the update mentions that several known crashes were fixed and a bug was squashed that could cause the “Fetching Online Profile” message to hang.

Now Playing: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is Coming!
Several issues were corrected with operator skins and weapon blueprints, including one that obscured the ADS view when using the Lilith operator in third-person and another that caused Skeletor’s staff to be misaligned with his hands while using a finishing move.
The update fixed an exploit on the Embassy map where an area lacked collision, which previously allowed sneaky players to hide in an unintended location during Zombie Infected multiplayer mode.
On the Warzone side, the update increased the total number of possible Active Duty Operator slots in DMZ, and it reduced the number of stims dropped by minions when fighting The Butcher.
Additionally, an issue was fixed that could allow the Swamp Creature boss from The Haunting event to attack players during the exfil sequence after winning a match, but that actually sounds pretty hilarious.
The full patch notes for November 1 can be found below, as shared by the publisher.
