DokeV developer Pearl Abyss premiered a brand-new music video featuring Galactika’s song “Rockstar” during The Game Awards. The music video featured characters from DokeV performing a dance routine choreographed and motion captured by dance studio 1 Million, as a thank you to the positive response DokeV received after Gamescom.
“We produced a special video to repay the community for the overwhelming support we received after revealing our first gameplay trailer,” said Sangyoung Kim, lead producer for DokeV. “Pearl Abyss is doing its very best to create the DokeV world into a place that blurs the line between the virtual and real world. We are working hard to deliver a game that will meet our fans’ expectations.”

Now Playing: DokeV – Official Game Awards Music Video
Pearl Abyss has said that many of the scenes featured in the music video will be available as part of actual gameplay, when DokeV releases. The Pokemon-like adventure game was shown earlier this year at Opening Night Live during Gamescom, which was also hosted by the Game Awards host Geoff Keighley. Pearl Abyss has also partnered with the Korea Tourism Organization to show realistic-looking representation of Korea within DokeV.
DokeV does not currently have a release window, but is set to come to Xbox and PlayStation consoles, as well as PC.
