Diablo 4 Season 2 has introduced a number of new systems, including new endgame bosses that you can farm. These bosses can be found in special dungeons across the map, but you will need to first acquire some special items to summon the bosses. This feature was also added to the Eternal realm, so you don’t need a seasonal character to farm these bosses. There are five in total: Echo of Varshan, Grigoire, Lord Zir, Beast in Ice, and Duriel. Here are the requirements to fight each boss and their potential drops.

Echo of Varshan
Varshan can be summoned on both World Tier 3 and 4, with a slight difference in requirements between the two. In Order to summon Varshan, you will need to collect different parts of his body via caches from the Tree of Whispers. To obtain a cache, you will need to obtain 10 Grim Favors by completing Whispers around Sanctuary. Each cache is guaranteed to have at least one part. On World Tier 3 you will need one Blackened Femur, one Trembling Hand, and one Gurgling Head. On World Tier 4 you will also need one Malignant Heart, in addition to the three other items.
Varshan can be found in the Malignant Burrow, the entrance of which is located right next to the Tree of Whispers. Below is a list of possible items that Varshan can drop, sorted by class.

Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint
Grigoire is available to fight in both World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. To fight him, you will need to collect Living Steel. It can be found in Helltides, a special world event that only occurs every couple of hours. Beyond that, the Living Steel can only be obtained from a Tortured Gift of Living Steel chest. These chest functions are similar to the Tortured Gifts of Mystery chests, as it only appears on the map when you get near it. There is always one of these Chests in each Helltide. It costs 300 Cinders to open and you have to beat He-Who-Grins-Wide-and-Waits, the guardian of the chest. Each chest will net you one Living Steel.
It takes two Living Steel on World Tier 3 and Five Living Steel on World Tier 4 to summon Grigoire. Girogire can be found in the Hall of Pentiment dungeon in Ked Bardu. Below is a list of possible drops from Girgoire, sorted by class.

You will need to collect nine Distilled Fear, which can be combined with 250 Sigil Powder–collected from scrapping Nightmare Sigils–at an Occultist to create a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil, which will always be Tier 31. Take that to Glacial Fissure in Fractured Peaks to take on the Beast in Ice. Below, you can find all of the Beast in Ice’s drops, separated by class.

Duriel, King of the Maggots
Duriel, King of the Maggots, can only be fought on World Tier 4 and is sort of the head honcho of the endgame bosses. His required items are dropped by other endgame bosses, he is the highest level, and he is the only one who can drop Uber Uniques reliability. To summon Duriel, you will need two Mucus-Slick Eggs and two Shards of Agony. Mucus-Slick Eggs are dropped by Varshan and Shards of Agony are dropped by Grigorie. It’s important to note that only the person who summons these bosses can obtain these drops, so you can’t have a friend provide the summoning materials for you.
Duriel can be found in the Gaping Crevasse in Kehjistan. Below is a list of Duriel’s drops separated by class.
