When it comes to racing games that offer authentic driving and beautifully rendered vehicles, Forza Motorsport has been one of the biggest names in that genre of high-speed horsepower. And we’re mere weeks away from the next entry in the iconic series, simply titled Forza Motorsport. Xbox Series X|S and PC players can preorder three different editions ahead of Forza Motorsport’s October 10 launch.. There are some cool in-game goodies up for grabs in the Deluxe and Premium editions of Forza Motorsport, with the latter offering five days early access. We’ve outlined all of the Forza Motorsport preorder details you need to know below.
It’s worth noting that like other first-party Xbox games, Forza Motorsport will also be available through Xbox Game Pass from October 10. Subscribers can still get all of the extra content up for grabs by preordering an add-on bundle, which is discounted for Game Pass members. If you know you’ll be playing Forza for months, it makes sense to grab a three-month subscription for $45, since you’ll wind up paying less than by the month ($17/month, $51 total for three months).
Preorder Forza Motorsport Standard Edition
Forza Motorsport’s standard edition includes the base game for $70. It doesn’t come with any preorder bonuses. If you buy a digital edition from the Xbox Store or download via an Xbox Game Pass subscription, you’ll be able to play it on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Xbox Series X owners can preorder a physical edition for the same price. Just keep in mind that you will only get access to the Xbox version. The same logic applies to the Steam version for PC–you can only play on PC.

Preorder Forza Motorsport Deluxe Edition
$90
The $90 Forza Motorsport Deluxe edition comes with the base game and the Car Pass. The Car Pass comes with 30 cars that are new to the series. You’ll receive one car per week for 30 weeks.
Preorder Forza Motorsport Premium Edition
$100
Forza Motorsport’s Premium edition comes with a bunch more in-game content for only $10 more than the Deluxe edition. For starters, you’ll get five days of early access starting October 5. In addition to the Car Pass, you’ll receive the Race Day Car Pack, VIP Membership, and Welcome Pack.
The Race Day Car Pack comes with eight cars that have never been featured in the series.
The VIP Membership doles out exclusive boosts and rewards. Most notably, you’ll get a permanent upgrade that doubles the credits you earn. You’ll also receive five custom Forza Edition cars, exclusive driver gear, and Rivals events reserved for VIP members.
Meanwhile, the Welcome Pack unlocks five cars when you start the game and gives you some credits to spend out of the gate.
Preorder Forza Motorsport Premium Add-Ons Bundle
$40
Available for $40, the Premium Add-Ons Bundle will grant access to everything in the Premium edition. This will be a nice option for those who purchase the physical standard edition or for Game Pass subscribers who want the extra content. Xbox Game Pass subscribers can get a 10% discount on the Add-Ons Bundle.
