Heads up, space cadets. A six-pack of Lego minifigures Series 26, which is all themed around a sci-fi aesthetic, has gotten a Jupiter-sized discount for Amazon Big Deal Days. A box of minifigs usually costs $30, but for Big Deal Days it’s marked down to just $21.
Series 26 is all retro sci-fi, with figures like Blacktron Mutant, M-Tron Powerlifter, Robot Butler, Nurse Android, Flying Saucer Costume Fan, and Spacewalking Astronaut. There are 12 figures in all to collect, and one box of minifigs gets you six blind bags to open. That means if you’re extremely lucky you could get all 12 with two boxes, but more likely you’ll get a few doubles to trade with friends.
Lego regularly puts out new assortments of minifigures, across both licensed properties like Marvel and Dungeons & Dragons as well as its own original character creations. This set is the latter, but recently Lego has been pursuing themed series instead of random assortments of townspeople. Not that we’re badmouthing townsfolk–it’s how we got the immediately iconic Corn Cob Guy.
Amazon Big Deal Days runs October 8-9, offering tons of deals on video games, collectibles, and more. Be sure to check out GameSpot’s dedicated deals hub for the best offers. And if you’re in the market for even more Lego building toys, check out the deal going on the Lego typewriter, or the Disney 100th Anniversary camera set.
