Director Guillermo del Toro, the writer-director of many famous movies such as Pan’s Labyrinth, Hellboy, Pacific Rim, and The Shape of Water, has teased a “big announcement.” The reveal turned out to be a brand-new trailer for his latest animated movie, Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans.

Rise of the Titans is just one of Del Toro’s numerous upcoming projects. He’s also making a darker take on Pinocchio featuring Cate Blanchett, Ewan McGregor, Tilda Swinton, Ron Perlman, and more. The film is headed to Netflix, but a release date hasn’t been announced yet, nor have we seen a trailer yet. Del Toro is also directing the Nightmare Alley remake set for release this year starring Bradley Cooper, Rooney Mara, Toni Collette, and more.
Del Toro’s The Shape of Water won Best Picture and Best Director in 2018.
