How to increase stamina in My Time at Sandrock

Your character’s stamina in My Time at Sandrock is consumed with almost every farming or gathering-related task. For instance, cutting down bushes, smashing stone blocks, and picking up resources on the ground will deplete your stamina meter. This value appears as a yellow bar at the bottom of the screen, right next to your character’s health.

As such, you need to consider the following factors if you want more energy:

Get some rest every night

Your stamina in My Time in Sandrock is fully replenished whenever you sleep in your bed (which is found inside the hut in your Workshop area). Here are some key facets:

You’ll want to sleep before midnight so you gain the well-rested status, which fully restores your HP and stamina when you wake up.Sleeping past midnight but before 3:00 a.m. doesn’t net you this status by default, which means the values might not be fully restored. Your character would also have eye bags due to tiredness.If you’re still awake past 3:00 a.m., your character will simply collapse due to exhaustion.

Select the Stamina perks using Knowledge Points

Eat various types of food

So far, we’ve discussed methods to help increase the maximum value of your stamina in My Time at Sandrock. As you’re roaming around the world, you definitely need to restore your energy as well. This is done by eating various types of food. Here’s what you need to know:

Raw ingredients can be found in the wild or purchased from the Wandering Y Store. You don’t want to eat most of these immediately, so try to cook them via the Drying Rack and other cooking devices.Certain cooked food items can also be bought from By the Stairs and the Blue Moon Saloon.You can also order cooked food from the Blue Moon Saloon to restore HP and stamina, as well as obtain passive buffs.

Use Heatstroke Medicine
