Actor Harrison Ford is known for playing the action heroes Han Solo from Star Wars and Indiana Jones from the Indiana Jones series. But which character would win in a fight? Ford said in an interview with Esquire that Star Wars fans ask him this question a lot.
We will likely never know the answer, and Ford doesn’t care anyway.
“Well, they usually ask me, ‘If there was a fight between Han Solo and Indiana Jones, who would f**kin’ win?'” he said. “And I say [voice rising, fingers drumming], ‘Me, asshole! I don’t want to f**king make sh** up like that. I mean, what are you asking me that crap for?'”
Ford is known for his particular temperament and character, so the wording of his response here isn’t out of the ordinary and very much true to the legend of Harrison Ford.
Ford returns to the big screen for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, which releases on June 30. It’s expected to be Ford’s last time playing the character, ending a run that began with 1981’s Raiders of the Lost Ark.
