Kirby And The Forgotten Land Preorder Guide

We’re just months away from playing a brand-new Kirby game. Kirby and the Forgotten Land releases on March 25 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. If you’re looking forward to the pink puff ball’s next adventure, Kirby and the Forgotten Land is available to preorder now at major retailers.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land preorder bonuses

At this time, no preorder bonuses have been revealed for Kirby and the Forgotten Land. While it’s rare that Nintendo games have official bonuses, we often see retailer-exclusive physical goodies for Switch games in the months leading up to a game’s release. It’s certainly possible retailers such as GameStop, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target will offer unique items with Kirby and the Forgotten Lands preorders. If any bonuses are announced, we’ll make sure to update this article with all of the details you need to know.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a 3D platformer that looks to be the most expansive entry in the series yet. The trailers thus far have had a Breath of the Wild vibe, and while it’s not entirely open world, Forgotten Land’s stages look to be ripe for exploration. Waddle Dee Town will serve as the game’s hub. As you play, the town will expand to feature more characters, shops, and minigames. Kirby’s copy ability returns, of course, and Nintendo has announced new enemies to steal moves from, including Drill and Ranger.

The adventure follows Kirby’s quest to save the Waddle Dees from the nefarious Beast Pack. Forgotten Land will also introduce Elfilin, a fox-like creature that accompanies Kirby. Elfilin is said to be “mysterious,” so who knows if the cute little dude is actually friend or foe. You can play solo or alongside another player in local co-op. Your partner will play as Banana Waddle Dee, who can stab enemies with his spear.
