Nvidia’s latest Game-Ready Driver is out now, preparing you for Mortal Shell’s RTX patch, a slew of new G-Sync ready displays, and more.
Like the two series before it, Nvidia has certified the latest OLED displays from LG for G-Sync support. That means the full range of B1, C1, G1 and Z1 OLED TVs are ready to work with Nvidia GPUs after this latest driver, using either a DisplayPort (with an adapter) or HDMI. The driver also includes G-Sync certification for the LG 27GP950, a new 4K monitor with an IPS panel and 144Hz refresh rate, as well as the MSI MAG301RF, a ultrawide monitor with an IPS panel and 2560×1080 resolution.

Now Playing: Nvidia RTX 3080 Review
The update also includes the best performance upgrades for Mortal Shell, which is due to get its RTX upgrade soon. This includes support for Nvidia’s DLSS, which will let you downsample the game and have Nvidia’s machine-learning algorithm upscale it for better performance and a minimal visual hit. Competitive shooter Valorant is also being updated to make use of Nvidia Reflex, which reduces system latency for the fastest response times.
Nvidia Broadcast, a suite that includes the noise-reducing RTX Voice technology, is also being added to popular streaming software OBS. You can now make use of the AI-powered noise reduction algorithm from within OBS, freeing you from one more program to setup before streaming.
You can download the new driver through GeForce Experience, or directly from Nvidia’s website here.
