Lego Captain America Set Gets Massive Early Prime Day Discount, But It'll Sell Out Fast

Ever wanted to wield the shield of Captain America? This early Prime Day deal on the first Avenger’s signature frisbee–in Lego form–is a great display piece, and it’s on sale for $140 (normally $200). It looks great, although it’s highly advisable that you don’t try to fling it at alien despots or use it as an actual shield before an Asgardian god of Thunder throws his hammer at you. This deal has already sold out once this week, so snag it before it disappears again.

Once fully constructed, it has a diameter of 18.5 inches, and there are also parts included to rest it on a display base. It comes with a Captain America minifigure, and in total, there are over 3,100 pieces to assemble. While most of the parts are uniform, these kits are particularly great for when you want to zone out and build in autopilot mode.

There are several other Lego deals on right now at Amazon and Walmart, if you’re looking for something different. One of our favorites, the Lego Optimus Prime set, is on sale for $144 (normally $180) and is a very fun kit to build. It even transforms between robot and vehicle mode easily, and it looks like it came straight out of the classic G1 cartoons.
