Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Bundle Is Ridiculously Cheap Today Only

Monster Hunter Rise made the jump from Switch to PC in 2022, bringing its cooperative action to a whole new audience. The game would later get the Sunbreak expansion, adding new monsters, new locations, and new combat mechanics to the mix. Both the base game and expansion earned positive reviews from critics–and if you happened to miss out on the action or simply want to check it out on PC (or Steam Deck), you can now dive into Rise + Sunbreak for just $16 (was $60).

The discount is also only available until March 9 at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET as part of Fanatical’s Spring Sale. That means you’ll need to move fast if you want to grab Steam keys for the game and expansion for cheap. This is one of the lowest prices we’ve ever seen for the bundle, and since you’ll get hundreds of hours of game time out of Rise, it’s an easy recommendation for fans of action games and RPGs.

As part of the Spring Sale, all purchases over $12 come with a free game or discount coupon of your choice, as well as a 5% off voucher for your next order. If you want even more digital goodies with your purchase, you can pick up the Monster Hunter Rise + Sunbreak Deluxe Edition for $21 (down from $70).

Our Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak review gave the expansion an 8/10 for its terrifying new monsters and the big improvements made to Rise’s existing systems.

“Monster Hunter Rise represents the series at its very best, and the subtle improvements made by Sunbreak meaningfully improve upon its compelling gameplay loop, even if they’re not apparent until a few hours in,” wrote critic Richard Wakeling. “The new and returning monsters are fantastic, though, as are the two new locales, and it’s still relatively easy to lose yourself in Monster Hunter Rise’s exhilarating world.”
