New Justice League Snyder Cut Teaser Reveals Black-Suited Superman In Action

The latest teaser for Zack Snyder’s Justice League has been released. The promo arrives ahead of this Sunday’s full trailer and gives us a new look at Superman in his black suit.

Although the teaser is very short, the footage of Henry Cavill’s black-suited Superman hasn’t been revealed before. It shows Superman, in the middle of a battle, looking very angry and unleashing his laser vision. There’s also a shot of the villainous Darkseid, the Batmobile driving very fast, and Wonder Woman hitting something with a sword. Check it out below:

Snyder’s new version of Justice League will premiere on HBO Max on March 18. Snyder exited the 2017 movie during its production, but after years of fan pressure on DC, was allowed to return to the film and rework it closer to his initial vision. While Superman did not appear in the black suit in the theatrical version of the film, a deleted scene on the 2018 digital release confirmed that Cavill had shot footage wearing it.

This teaser follows the first images of Jared Leto as Joker in the new Justice League, which were released this week. Leto wasn’t in the original film, but shot new footage for the Snyder Cut last year. The actor previously played Joker in 2016’s Suicide Squad.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League also stars Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, and Ezra Miller. For more, check out everything we know about Zack Snyder’s Justice League, and GameSpot’s guide to every upcoming DC movie we know about so far.
