Nintendo is planning to showcase some top indie titles coming to the Switch this week, as the company announced a new Indie World presentation is coming today, November 14. Here’s how to watch and what to expect.
Start time
The presentation is scheduled to begin at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET on Tuesday, and it will run “roughly 20 minutes” according to the official announcement. No specific games, announcements, or developers have been confirmed for the event as of this writing.
How to watch
Those who wish to watch the Nintendo Indie World November 14 showcase live can do so on Nintendo’s official YouTube and Twitch channels, as well as the official Indie World website. Individual trailers for everything revealed during the showcase will also be uploaded to the official Nintendo channel individually after they premiere.
The most recent Indie World showcase aired back on April 19, and it featured the debut of Blasphemous 2, Oxenfree 2: Lost Signals, Mineko’s Night Market, and more. The event also included a few of its signature “shadow drops”–games that release the same day as the event–including Shadows Over Loathing, Teslagrad 2, and Five Nights At Freddy’s Security Breach.
Nintendo’s last livestreamed showcase was the September 14 Nintendo Direct, which marked the debut of F-Zero 99, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and Mario Vs. Donkey Kong. This showcase was also where the previously teased game starring Princess Peach was revealed to be Princess Peach: Showtime for the first time.
