The Nintendo Switch has received a new firmware update ahead of the much-anticipated release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on May 12.
The new firmware update delivers “general system stability improvements,” Nintendo said in the official patch notes. Dataminer OatmealDome on Twitter dug into the patch a little more and found that it fixes some bugs related to save data. Sometimes Switch patches include more than the patch notes say, but OatmealDome said “no other changes” are in this newest update.
