One of the best deals is for the Super Mario Route ‘n Go strategy board game, which is down to its lowest price ever of $19.34 (was $40) at Amazon, so consider picking it up for the Mario fan on your holiday shopping list while the discount is available.
Route ‘n Go is designed for children, and it tasks them with piecing together a series of tiles to guide a car to the finish line. It’s the perfect game for kids aged five and up, and can be played with either one or two players (making it ideal for a parent and their child). Note that the game requires two AAA batteries to work properly but no batteries are included in the box, so you’ll need to supply your own.
If you’re looking for something a bit more challenging, you’ll find Monopoly: The Super Mario Bros. Movie Edition for $10.19 at Amazon and Target. This is essentially a watered-down version of the iconic game, featuring Mario-inspired game pieces and locations.
