Not enough people have seen Tremors–but soon, it’ll be much easier to correct that. Over at Walmart, you can get all seven Tremors films in one complete package for just $49. It comes in a nice steelbook cover featuring a Graboid bursting from the ground to cause some havoc. This is a standard Blu-ray release with a digital streaming code for the movies, and it launches on August 29.
Here’s every film included in the Tremors Seven-Film collection:
TremorsTremors 2: AftershocksTremors 3: Back to PerfectionTremors 4: The Legend BeginsTremors: BloodlinesTremors: A Cold Day In HellTremors: Shrieker Island
Special features haven’t been confirmed, but if this is a new print of the previously released Tremors film collection, it has likely inherited all the extra behind-the-scenes featurettes, Tremors Top 30 Moments feature, deleted and extended scenes, cast profiles, and more.
If you’ve never watched Tremors, the comedy-horror film series is all about subterranean monsters–the aforementioned Graboids–who wreak havoc on small US towns, leaving wakes of gruesome devastation. The first film was released in 1990 and starred Kevin Bacon. Since then, the series has seen several sequels, the latest of which is 2020’s Shrieker Island. There was even a short-lived TV series that ran on the SyFy channel in 2003.
For a few more Blu-ray preorder deals, there’s also Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Despicable Me 4, and a 20th anniversary edition of Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. Fans of the Criterion Collection can even save 50% on those high-quality films, although strangely, there isn’t a single Tremors film on the list…yet.
