Getting to the Ninjis Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom isn’t a straightforward affair. It’s actually connected to a quest that you’ll want to knock out for a cute little Korok–but you’ll need to access a certain mystical forest first. Read on for how to complete Maca’s Special Place so you can unlock Ninjis Shrine.
How to complete Maca’s Special Place for the Ninjis Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The first step to getting to Ninjis Shrine is to make your way to Korok Forest, which can be a somewhat long process on its own. Follow our guide to find out how to get there and cleanse the Deku Tree. Doing so will allow you to speak to the Koroks in the forest to begin some side activities.
When you’ve gained the ability to speak with the Koroks, seek one out named Maca on the outskirts of the Deku Tree. This will begin the “Maca’s Special Place” side activity. Afterward, make your way to the Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower. You can use our Skyview Towers guide to find out how to unlock this spot if you haven’t done so yet.
Launch into the air and make your way to the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago. There are some additional shrines up here for easy fast-traveling if you need to take a break, so knock those out while you’re there.
When you reach the large circular island, you can look down over the island to spot the Ninjis Shrine far below to the south. It’s in the midst of the cloudy Lost Woods, but you should be able to see its green glow very easily, so glide down to it and enter inside.
Ninjis Shrine is a Rauru’s Blessing shrine, meaning that the reward is granted to you immediately upon entering. This is because the act of finding the shrine is considered the puzzle. So grab the Mighty Construct Bow from the chest here and claim your Light of Blessing by completing the shrine.
