Beetlejuice Beetlejuice has just arrived in cinemas, and like clockwork, preorders for its 4K Blu-ray release are already live. Fans of physical media can get the film in a neat steelbook cover edition, but this one is a little different from other steelbook releases as it features a glow-in-the-dark finish that emits a spooky green radiance when the lights are switched off. Special features haven’t been revealed yet, but it’s likely that there’ll be the usual promotional materials, featurettes, and other behind-the-scenes extras for this release. This is one of the nicer steelbook covers we’ve seen so far this year, as in addition to Beetlejuice and Lydia being featured on the cover, the inside also has all of the tiny-headed workers from the afterlife gracing the internals of the cover. If you’re looking to complete your Beetlejuice collection, you’re in luck as the original movie is available now on 4K Blu-ray for just $15 instead of its usual price of $35. You can also pick up a DVD boxset of the infamous Beetlejuice animated series for $25. While it’s not as ghoulish as the film, this is still a fun animated series that sees Lydia Deetz and Beetlejuice teaming up for dozens of weird and wild adventures across multiple realms of existence. The show ran for 94 episodes in total, and you’re getting all of them on 12 discs.

Tim Burton fans can also get an inside look at how the director creates his movies in his signature style with the upcoming Tim Burton: Designing Worlds. This book is the official catalog for the exhibition at the Design Museum and a great dive into all things “Burtonesque.” It launches on November 26 for $45. If you can’t wait that long, The World of Tim Burton was recently released and has over 200 pieces of rare and unpublished behind-the-scenes materials from the filmmaker. There’s also a colorful reprint of the Nightmare before Christmas manga and its sequel series, as well as a novelized sequel to Tim Burton’s first Batman movie.
If you’re looking to add some Burton merch to your figure shelves or wardrobe, there are some cool t-shirts, ghoulish rubber duckies, and other gear focused around the new Beetlejuice film.
