Description

AffiliateWP Affiliate Dashboard Sharing adds social sharing functionality to the affiliate account area. Affiliates can share their referral links to social media platforms directly from their AffiliateWP dashboard, eliminating the manual process of copying referral URLs and composing social media posts separately.

Sharing Integration

Social sharing buttons appear alongside the affiliate’s referral URL in their dashboard. Each button opens the respective social platform’s sharing interface pre-populated with the affiliate’s tracked referral link, making promotion as simple as clicking a button and confirming the share.

Supported Platforms

• Facebook — share referral links as Facebook posts with optional message text
• Twitter/X — compose tweets containing the affiliate referral URL
• LinkedIn — share referral links to professional network connections
• Pinterest — pin products or pages with the referral link attached
• Email — open email client with pre-formatted referral link message

Customization

Configure which social platforms appear in the sharing interface. Set default share text that affiliates can modify before posting. The sharing buttons can be styled to match your site branding, and the pre-populated share messages can include product names and promotional text.

Tracking

Since shared links use the standard AffiliateWP referral URL format, all clicks and conversions from social shares are tracked through the existing AffiliateWP reporting system. No additional tracking configuration is needed for social shares.
