The Formidable Forms Action Automation addon is designed to provide users with a comprehensive solution for managing form actions in WordPress. One of the standout features is the ability to automate actions based on time intervals or specific field values. This means that once a form is submitted, you can set up a series of automated actions that will occur without any further input from the user or administrator.
How It Works
Users can easily configure the addon through the Formidable Forms interface. The setup process involves selecting the form you want to automate and defining the conditions under which actions will be triggered. For instance, you can schedule an email to be sent one week after a form submission, or you can send an SMS reminder two days before an appointment.
Integration with Twilio
The integration with Twilio allows users to send SMS reminders directly from their WordPress site. This feature is particularly beneficial for businesses that need to remind clients of upcoming appointments or deadlines.
Use Cases
- Event Reminders: Automatically notify users about upcoming events.
- Invoice Notifications: Send automated invoices to clients after form submission.
- Engagement Alerts: Keep users engaged with birthday or anniversary notifications.
By combining these features with Formidable's conditional logic, users can create highly customized workflows that meet their specific needs. This level of automation not only improves efficiency but also enhances the overall user experience.

WooCommerce PDF Watermark adds automatic watermarking to downloadable PDF products in WooCommerce. When customers download purchased PDFs, the plugin stamps each file with personalized information, creating a deterrent against unauthorized sharing and distribution.
Watermark Options
- Dynamic text watermarks using customer name, email, order number, or date
- Image-based watermarks with logo or custom graphic overlays
- Configurable font, size, color, rotation, and opacity for text watermarks
- Multiple page application — watermark every page or specific page ranges
- Diagonal, horizontal, or custom-angle watermark positioning
Buyer Identification
Each watermarked PDF contains unique buyer information, making it possible to trace unauthorized copies back to the original purchaser. This accountability layer discourages sharing of purchased digital content without requiring DRM restrictions.
Processing Workflow
Watermarking occurs on-the-fly when the download link is accessed, so the original PDF files remain clean in your uploads directory. This means watermarks always reflect current buyer information and changes to watermark settings apply immediately without reprocessing stored files.
