Changelog

Fixed
- After updating the plugin, WordPress kept reporting that an update was available.
- WooCommerce: filtering products on Sale broke when nothing was on sale.
- WooCommerce: filtering the Customer column on User Nicename found nothing.
- Links can now be added in the WYSIWYG editor when editing inline.
- The value modal now sanitizes its content, like the table does.
- PHP 8.4 and newer showed deprecation notices.

- Release Date: October 6th, 2026

Version 7.1.61 new6 fixed1 other
New
- WooCommerce: the Coupons Used column on the Orders and Subscriptions tables can now be used with Smart Filtering, to find the orders a coupon was applied to.
Fixed
- Sorting on a WordPress column such as Title did nothing on a table that was never opened in the Admin Columns settings.
- All table features stopped working when a column name contained a percent encoded character, which happens with Hebrew and other non-Latin scripts.
- A table row held the Quick Edit data twice, which could make a plugin double a field value.
- A column with Sortable set to No could still sort the table.
- A column that another plugin makes sortable lost its sorting.
- ACF: columns were lost when upgrading from version 5.
Other
- Release Date: September 22nd, 2026
Version 7.1.57 fixed1 other
Fixed
- The Users table could take minutes to load when the site cannot reach api.wordpress.org.
- Export: a file could be incomplete, or contain the wrong terms on a taxonomy table, while the export reported success.
- The item count next to the pagination on the Comments table was wrong when sorting on a Custom Field column, or when a filter on a custom field was active.
- Column resizing did not work on right-to-left sites: the drag handle sat on the wrong edge and the column resized in the opposite direction.
- Dragging a column to another position on a right-to-left site dropped it on the opposite side.
- The horizontal scroll bar did not scroll the table on right-to-left sites, and its handle started at the wrong end.
- Gravity Forms: exporting a Name, Address or checkbox column produced an empty cell, and a Multi Select column exported raw JSON instead of the selected choices.
Other
- Release Date: September 8th, 2026
Version 7.1.42 new6 fixed1 other
New
- Custom Field column: the counting field type is split into "Number of Values", which counts the values within one custom field and no longer always shows 1, and "Number of Fields", which counts how often the field is stored and is the sortable one of the two. Existing columns become "Number of Values".
- Gravity Forms: filter
ac/gravityforms/use_form_default_columnsto stop using the form's own default column selection, so the entries table starts with every available column.
Fixed
- Smart Filtering on the Post Format column returned no results.
- Gravity Forms: the entries table could not be scrolled horizontally.
- Custom Field column: a Date field set to "Auto Detect" showed an empty cell on the Parent column, the WooCommerce Product column and the Data Sources post column.
- A fatal error occurred when the property of a Parent column, a WooCommerce Product column or a Data Sources post column was set to a custom field with the Color, Date, HTML or True / False field type.
- WooCommerce: the Products table could exhaust the PHP memory limit or take minutes to load on large catalogs, because the Attributes column read the attributes of every product on every page load, once for each attribute column in the table.
- WooCommerce: the "Show Single" setting of the Attributes column listed each custom attribute once per product instead of once.
Other
- Release Date: August 28th, 2026
Version 7.1.38 fixed1 other
Fixed
- PHP warnings "Undefined property: stdClass::$plugin" appeared in the error log on every update check, because the plugin update entry was missing fields that WordPress expects.
- WooCommerce: the Products Sold column could show too low a number, because a refund was subtracted even when the order it belongs to was not part of the selected order statuses.
- CSV export: values containing an @, such as email addresses, were prefixed with a tab character, and fields were not quoted correctly when a custom delimiter or a line break was used.
- MetaBox: a cloneable group column skipped clone rows without a value, so the remaining rows no longer lined up with the rows in the other columns. Empty rows are shown as a dash again.
- Gravity Forms: the entries screen of a form showed a fatal error when one of its checkbox fields had "show values" enabled with the value of a choice left blank. Inline editing is now skipped for such a choice, because a checkbox without a value cannot be stored by Gravity Forms.
- MetaBox: the export of a cloneable group column separated the clone rows with a comma, which made them indistinguishable from commas within a value. Clone rows are separated with a pipe again, and an unchecked checkbox is exported as 0.
- Row selection, the value modal and the responsive table layout broke on WordPress 7.1, because the primary column is now rendered as a table header cell and the checkbox column as a table cell.
- Inline editing showed no edit buttons and bulk selection did not register the selected rows on WordPress 7.1, because the primary column is now rendered as a table header cell and the checkbox column as a table cell.
Other
- Release Date: August 20th, 2026
Version 7.1.21 new1 improved4 fixed1 other
New
- MetaBox: the separator between clone rows of a cloneable group can now be selected.
Improved
- Parent column: filtering and inline editing now support parents from other post types.
Fixed
- WooCommerce: Order Notes column set to show the latest note of a specific type (e.g. Notes to Customer) could appear blank when a note of another type was added more recently.
- Export of the Roles column on the Users table failed when a user had a role with a numeric name.
- Inline editing the Roles column could remove a user's role when that role had a numeric name.
- WooCommerce: the Product Taxonomy column and its filter listed every attribute value of a variable product instead of the value of the purchased variation.
