Description

This Gravity Forms add-on introduces scheduled automation for form entry management. Instead of manually processing entries, you configure automated tasks that run on schedules — exporting data, cleaning up old entries, triggering delayed actions, and maintaining your form entry database.

Automation Tasks

Create scheduled tasks that process form entries based on configurable criteria. Tasks run automatically at set intervals (hourly, daily, weekly) and can target entries by date range, field values, or entry status.

Available Actions

• Export entries to CSV, Excel, or PDF files on schedule
• Delete entries older than a specified age for data management
• Send delayed email notifications based on entry age
• Update entry field values based on conditions
• Trigger webhook calls for external system integration

Workflow Control

Each automation task can have conditions that determine which entries are processed. Filter by entry creation date, specific field values, payment status, or read/unread status to target only relevant entries.

Monitoring

The automation dashboard shows task execution history, processing results, and error logs. Failed tasks are flagged for review, and you can manually trigger any automated task for immediate execution.
