Gravity Perks Auto Login works with the Gravity Forms User Registration addon to automatically authenticate users immediately after their account is created through a Gravity Forms form submission. Instead of registering and then being redirected to a login page, new users are logged in and directed to their dashboard or a custom page in one step.

Core Functionality

• Automatic authentication: After a user registration form is submitted and the WordPress account is created, the user is automatically logged into the new account without requiring a separate login step.
• Custom redirect: Configure where auto-logged-in users are redirected after registration, such as a welcome page, profile setup, or membership dashboard.
• Conditional activation: Enable auto-login per form, allowing some registration forms to use auto-login while others follow the standard process.

Practical Considerations

This perk requires both Gravity Forms and the Gravity Forms User Registration addon. Auto-login bypasses the email verification step, which may be a consideration for sites that require email confirmation before account access. If you use admin-moderated registration approval, auto-login should be disabled since accounts are not immediately active. The perk integrates with the Gravity Perks plugin framework.
