AffiliateWP Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms bridges two WordPress plugins, allowing site owners to replace the standard AffiliateWP affiliate registration form with custom forms built using Ninja Forms. This gives you full control over the registration fields, layout, and validation rules through the Ninja Forms visual editor.

How It Works

• Custom registration fields: Add any field type supported by Ninja Forms, including text, dropdowns, checkboxes, file uploads, and conditional logic fields to your affiliate signup form.
• Form-to-AffiliateWP mapping: Map Ninja Forms fields directly to AffiliateWP affiliate data fields, ensuring submitted information is properly stored in affiliate records.
• Multi-step forms: Use Ninja Forms multi-step functionality to break long registration processes into manageable steps.
• Email notifications: Leverage Ninja Forms email actions to send custom confirmation emails to new affiliates and admin notifications upon registration.

Practical Considerations

This addon requires both AffiliateWP (premium) and Ninja Forms (free or premium) to be installed and active. It only handles the registration form aspect; all other affiliate management remains within AffiliateWP. If you are already using Gravity Forms or WPForms, AffiliateWP offers separate addons for those form builders instead.
