Service & Employee Management

Define services with duration, pricing, buffer times, and capacity limits. Assign services to specific employees based on their skills and availability. Each employee maintains their own schedule with working hours, break times, days off, and vacation periods that affect booking availability.

Booking Interface

Two-way Google Calendar sync keeps employee schedules updated across platforms. When an appointment is booked through Amelia, it appears on the employee’s Google Calendar. External calendar events block those time slots in the booking system, preventing double-booking.

Notifications & Reminders

Automated email and SMS notifications confirm bookings, send reminders before appointments, and follow up after services. Notification templates are customizable with booking details, customer information, and service specifics through placeholder tags.
